We are thrilled to share that Exploration of Drug Science (EDS) was prominently promoted at the Russian-Chinese Life Sciences Congress, held from October 29 to November 2, 2024, in Moscow, Russia.
This esteemed congress united two flagship events in the field of life sciences: the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference POSTGENOM'2024, which delved into systems and synthetic biology, and the XI Russian Symposium "Proteins and Peptides," spotlighting advancements in protein structures, drug development, and cutting-edge biomedical technologies. The gathering offered a unique opportunity to explore groundbreaking research and practical applications that address pressing global and local challenges. Among the attendees were nearly 30 distinguished domestic experts, including academician, Muming Poo, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Our respected Editorial Board member, Dr. Dmitry Stetsenko, played a key role in promoting the journal during the conference. In his presentation, he provided an insightful overview of EDS, emphasizing its current situation and long-term vision. Additionally, he distributed promotional materials that captured the attention of researchers across diverse fields. This enthusiastic response further amplified the journal's visibility, and giving a way for broader recognition and collaboration within the field of drug science.
As EDS continues to grow, we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering international partnerships and publishing cutting-edge research in drug discovery and development. We warmly invite researchers, institutions, and industry leaders to connect with us, contribute their work, and join us in shaping the future of drug science.
For inquiries or collaboration opportunities, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to working with you!
With the support of our Associate Editor, Prof. Xuechen Li, the EDS journal was prominently promoted as a poster reward sponsor at the "18th Chinese International Peptide Symposium (CPS 2024)," held in Hong Kong, China, from June 30th to July 2nd, 2024. During the conference, the Chief Editor, Prof. Fernando Albericio, introduced the EDS Journal in his speech, while Associate Editors, Prof. Xuechen Li and Prof. Beatriz Garcia De la Torre, presented certificates to the award winners.
The CPS, established in 1990 by leading scientists in the field of peptides, has grown into one of the most significant and influential peptide conferences worldwide. The 18th CPS invited many renowned domestic and foreign experts and scholars who have made outstanding contributions in the field of peptides and related fields to give over 100 wonderful lectures to more than 500 attendees. Additionally, the conference will recognize outstanding contributions with multiple academic awards.
In the future, we will continue to support and promote the journal at various conferences to enhance its visibility. If you are interested in attending a conference and promoting EDS, please feel free to contact us at any time. We are here to provide the necessary support and assistance.
Thanks to the help of our Associate Editor Prof. Juergen Reichardt, EDS journal was well promoted at "27th Human Genome Meeting" held in Italy on April 8-10, 2024. This is a valuable opportunity to increase the visibility of EDS, attract more experts to know us and create potential collaborations.
Human Genome Meeting (HGM) is a series of annual conferences organised by the Human Genome Organisation (HUGO), which covers a wide range of topics, spanning from system biology and epigenomics to genomic technologies; from drug discovery to gene therapy, pharmacogenomics and genomic medicine; from computation genomics and bioinformatics to genetic and genomic databases; aiming to share most up-to-date research trends, results, information and databases. HGM provides an arena for presentation and discussion of more focused studies in human genetics and genomics.
In the future, we will continue to promote more conference promotions to increase the exposure of the journal. If you are interested in attending the conference and promoting EDS, you are welcome to contact us at any time and we will provide you with appropriate support and assistance.
Thanks to the help of our Editor in Chief Prof. Fernando Albericio, EDS journal sponsored and was promoted at "6th Workshop on Therapeutic Peptides for Bioapplications" held in Chile on January 11-12, 2024.
The workshop stands as a significant event focusing on the design and use of therapeutic peptides. Active participation from renowned researchers in the fields of peptide synthesis and characterization, pharmaceutical applications of peptides, the use of peptides in biosensors and nanotechnology, and functional peptides in hydrolysates, coupled with the engagement of new researchers, contributes to expanding and promoting the network.
At the conference, Prof. Fernando Albericio and Prof.Fanny Guzman, who is the founder of the event from Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso, which was where the event took place, introduced EDS and their special issue launched for the conference on EDS: "Bioactive Peptides: Pioneering Innovations in Latin American Research”. This introduction garnered positive feedback, and the majority of attending scientists working on peptides expressed their intention to contribute to the special issue. Additionally, there was a proposal to organize the next installment of the event as the first Latin American meeting on the topic. There was also consideration given to establishing a Latin American peptide society, and this special issue will play a role in building a consensus among scientists working on the subject, potentially identifying members for such a society.
We believe that through Prof. Fernando Albericio and Prof.Fanny Guzman's promotion at the conference, more researchers will know and pay attention to EDS. In the future, we will continue to promote more conference opportunities to increase the exposure of the journal. So we also welcome more experts to join us to promote the journal, and we will provide every support.
